1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 999aqq website, creating an account, or using any of our gaming or betting services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. This agreement takes effect immediately upon your first visit or registration, whichever comes first.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. Continued use of 999aqq after any updates to these Terms will be taken as your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

To open an account and use 999aqq services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. 999aqq will not be held responsible for losses that result from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

All new accounts are subject to identity verification (KYC). You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID and proof of address before withdrawals are processed. This is standard practice and is in place to protect you and the integrity of the platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 999aqq are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). We support local payment methods including Philippine bank transfers and e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods on this platform.

Deposits are generally credited promptly after successful payment confirmation. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may take additional processing time depending on the method chosen. 999aqq reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are shown at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that belongs to the registered account holder.
• Third-party payments — deposits or withdrawals made through another person's account — are strictly prohibited.
• 999aqq is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider.

If a deposit is made in error or a transaction is disputed, contact support as soon as possible. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe, but we cannot guarantee reversals once funds have been committed to gameplay.

5 Gameplay & Betting Rules

999aqq offers a range of games and betting options including slots, fish games, live casino, sports betting, and more. Each game or betting category may have its own specific rules, which are displayed within the relevant section of the platform. It is your responsibility to read and understand those rules before participating.

All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or, in the case of sports betting, by the result of the actual event. 999aqq does not manipulate outcomes in any way. If a technical error occurs during gameplay that affects the result, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned at our discretion.

• Bets placed cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except where explicitly permitted by the platform.
• Sports bets are settled based on official results from recognised governing bodies.
• In the event of a disputed result, 999aqq's decision is final after internal review.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or software bugs for financial gain is prohibited and will result in account suspension.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 999aqq may offer bonuses, cashback, reload promotions, or other incentives to eligible players. Each promotion will have its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, validity period, and any applicable wagering requirements. These will be clearly stated at the point the offer is communicated.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible account, unless stated otherwise.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or by abusing promotional mechanics will result in disqualification and possible account suspension.
• 999aqq reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 999aqq platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting others in doing so.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software, bots, scripts, or collusion with other players.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's payment method without their explicit consent.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing platform staff or other users.

999aqq actively monitors for suspicious activity. If your account is flagged, we may temporarily restrict access while an investigation is conducted. We will notify you of any action taken where permitted by law.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

999aqq reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our discretion, with or without prior notice, if we determine that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected. This includes but is not limited to violations described in Section 7.

You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If you close your account voluntarily and your balance is clear of any pending wagering requirements, any remaining eligible funds will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures.

In cases where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, 999aqq reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an internal review.

9 Privacy & Data

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using 999aqq, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. Your account details, payment information, and gameplay history are stored securely and accessed only by authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.

10 Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12 Changes to These Terms

999aqq may update these Terms at any time. When we do, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. For significant changes, we may notify registered players via email or an in-platform notice. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

Continuing to use the platform after a change has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any revision, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure via our support team.
